The Justice Cecilia Muñoz Palma Foundation (JCMPF), in partnership with Quezon City University (QCU) and Justice Cecilia Muñoz Palma Senior High School (JCMPHS), continues to provide educational assistance to deserving students through its Educational Assistance Program.

Established through a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) among the partner institutions, the program aims to support graduates of Justice Cecilia Muñoz Palma Senior High School who pursue higher education at Quezon City University. Through the provision of a semester allowance, the program helps ease the financial burden of students and their families, enabling scholars to focus on their studies and academic development.
The educational assistance allowance is intended to help students meet essential educational expenses, including transportation, school projects, learning materials, internet connectivity, and other school-related needs. By providing this support, the Foundation seeks to remove barriers that may hinder students from successfully completing their college education.

More than financial aid, the program reflects the Foundation’s commitment to the ideals and legacy of Justice Cecilia Muñoz Palma, who championed education, public service, and equal opportunities for all. The initiative recognizes that many talented and hardworking students face financial challenges that may affect their ability to continue their studies.
Through this assistance, the Foundation hopes to empower scholars to achieve their educational aspirations and become productive members of society.
Recipients of the educational assistance are expected to maintain satisfactory academic performance, comply with program requirements, and demonstrate responsible use of the allowance.

For the 2nd sem AY 2025-2026, we have a total of 53 enrollees. Please refer to the table below.
As the Foundation continues to invest in the education of young Filipinos, it remains steadfast in its belief that education is a powerful tool for transforming lives and communities. Through the Educational Assistance Program, JCMPF continues to honor the enduring legacy of Justice Cecilia Muñoz Palma by helping students pursue their dreams and build a brighter future for themselves and their families.
