On February 5, 2026, the Quezon City Public Library – Cubao Branch, in partnership with the Justice Cecilia Muñoz Palma Foundation, Inc., World Hope International, and Ramon Magsaysay Cubao High School, successfully conducted the seminar “Online Safety and Protection Against Sexual Abuse and Exploitation of Children (OSAEC) and Kids and Teens Court Awareness Program (KTCAP).”
The activity equipped young participants with essential knowledge on safe internet use, online privacy, awareness, and the proper reporting of harmful activities. They also gained a deeper understanding of online risks, their rights and responsibilities, and the justice system through a child-friendly approach.
Together, we continue to educate, protect, and empower our children and teens—online and beyond.
